"I’m so happy with the changes that have taken place in my life with the diet program I have been given.
I train CrossFit and when I approached Amanda I wanted to peak for my first individual competition.

The training I had in place but the diet was lacking. Extra kilos from "bulking" and eating a little too much of the wrong foods was something I needed to change. The important thing was, of course, that the fat had to go, but the strength that had to be preserved. And I needed to still have the energy to do my hard workouts.

All this has just been perfect!

It's been 1,5 months and I’m now 4 kg lighter and we are not even finished yet. Getting help with the diet is just the best I have done for myself in a long time.

My online course with Amanda has been absolutely fantastic and she has always been there for urgent help and if I needed someone to talk to. We are not done yet and I am looking forward to achieving my final goal! Thanks Amanda for your help!"

“A femoral fracture in 2016 led me to a massive weight and muscle loss. As soon as my leg rehabilitation was completed I started training with Amanda, her physiotherapist background was perfect for safe training in my condition.

After 18 months of serious training and nutrition advice, I reached my goal.

"I had a lot of considerations before hiring a personal trainer.

People said to me; “You do not need that Charlotte, you have a nice body!”

And yes, I wasn’t exactly dissatisfied with my body. I’ve given birth to three children and have no cause for complaints. So my goal was to tighten up and gain strength.

I also had a dream of trying to run a half marathon. I always thought it was boring to run, and after 5 km I would stop. 2 of my pregnancies also gave me pelvic joint pain and because of that I couldn’t run very far before it would start hurting. I am also the type of person that needs to have a goal before I can commit to something.

So I found Amanda via Facebook and thought she looked like someone who can push me and after a conversation I had no doubt it should be her. I signed up for a 12 week program with her,  including strength training sessions, a running program and a diet plan. I won’t lie, it was really hard at times, but worth it. I'm so glad I did it! I lost a total of 4,5 kilos, gained strength and my body became more toned and tight.

Amanda was great at reading me and knowing how far she could push me, even though I was complaining and saying "I can't do anymore!” "Come on, of course you can!" she would say.

Just before my 12 weeks ended, I had to run my first half marathon. I had signed up for “Alt For Damernes Half Marathon” and was looking forward to running the race I had trained for. But was also really nervous. It was a bit like doing an exam; can I do it and how well can I do it?

It was the best experience to complete a 21.1 km race without pelvic pain or thinking that it is boring to run. I came in at 1:52:18."

Amanda once again thank you for your training and help, without you I had not come to the goal!
